ONE - ON - ONE SESSIONS DESIGNED TO BRING COMFORT, STRENGTH AND RELIEF TO THOSE WHO SUFFER FROM BACK PAIN.

THESE SESSIONS ARE A GREAT INTRODUCTION TO YOGA IF YOU HAVE NEVER TRIED IT BEFORE. THIS IS ALSO A GREAT WAY TO LEARN HOW TO  MODIFY AND ENHANCE YOUR CURRENT PRACTICE WHILE PROTECTING AND STRENGTHENING THE BACK. 

BPM SESSIONS WORK THE SAME AS MY PRIVATE SESSIONS BUT WE WILL PUT AN EMPHASIS ON BRINGING HEALING TO THE BACK.

IN EACH SESSION WE WILL:

  • PRACTICE BREATHING EXERCISES TO RELAX THE BODY AND CALM THE MIND.
  • PRACTICE POSTURES TO RELIEVE PAIN, EASE MUSCLE TENSION AND DEVELOP STRENGTH IN THE BODY.
  • DISCUSS HOW OUR CULTURE AND DAILY HABITS AFFECT US PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY.
  •  TAKE HOME HELPFUL TIPS, TOOLS AND MATERIALS YOU CAN USE TO DEVELOP A HEALTHY HOME PRACTICE AND CONTINUE THE HEALING PROCESS.
